Let It Snow...

Meredith got her first glimpse of snow when she woke up Saturday morning! We went right outside to let her see.

What we've been up to...

Several weeks ago, we took Meredith to see Dr. Smith for her 8-week check-up. She weighed 10 pounds and 7 ounces (50th percentile) and was 23 inches long (75th percentile). She is a growing girl!

2 Months Old! Such a "big" girl!

She has been making the best facial expressions, and has the sweetest smile with dimples on each cheek. She is talking a lot and telling us things with her "aahhs, coos, and agoos". We love listening to all her sweet sounds.

I love this picture! My Dad was holding Meredith, and they were just talking back and forth. It was so cute! I just love her little elbow propped up. They were deep in conversation.

Meredith LOVES bathtime. She gets excited the second she sees her whale tub. She kicks her little feet and likes to splash in the water.

It's a different story when it's time to get out!

Meredith's first trip to Mississippi State was definitely eventful. She helped cheer on the dawgs for a BIG win against Ole Miss at the Egg Bowl!

Meredith's "Birth" Day

It is so fun to go back and look at these picures. What an exciting day! Alan and I cannot believe Meredith is already 6 days old. We can't imagine life without her. Meredith shares her "birth" day with my parents first child, Faith, which makes this day twice as special. We love her SO much!

We're Back!

I guess you could say we have been taking a "blog break". Lots has happened over the last 9 months, but I'd have to say the most exciting thing would be finding out that we were expecting a baby, and she would be due to arrive on September 18! We decided to "re-enter" the blogging world and make an attempt at archiving our new adventure.
